Differences in quality are particularly noticeable when it comes to CBD flowers. Since we want to offer you a wide variety of varieties and intense flavors, we mainly work with suppliers from Austria. This means shorter delivery routes and ensures that you always receive fresh flowers from us.
In addition, the finest craftsmanship is experienced there and the focus is not on pure quantity, but on quality. All industrial hemp flowers are grown indoors under lamps and harvested by hand. This is very time-consuming, but worth it in terms of the end product. This means that the flowers can thrive completely free of environmental influences such as fungi or pests. This means there is no need to use dangerous herbicides or pesticides and fertilizers are usually not necessary. In addition, the plants are not exposed to exhaust gases or heavy metals that are sometimes found in the soil from neighboring factories. This creates an extremely pure, natural end product without any harmful chemical substances.
Furthermore, the controlled production conditions at our European suppliers enable very high-quality varieties. This starts with the selection of the mother plants. Care is taken to choose plants that produce particularly strong shoots and are high-yielding. Furthermore, the strict indoor production ensures that the plants receive enough nutrients and pure water so that they are adequately supplied throughout the entire growth phase. Artificial terpenes are of course also out of the question.
The result of these elaborate quality standards are tasty flowers with intense aromas and a high CBD content. This is checked regularly and examined in special specialist laboratories. Only if the flowers pass the strict tests will they find their way to us and then on to you. An example is the popular Lemon Haze strain with a CBD content of up to 21%. It is regularly sought after for its strong lemon aroma with an intense sweet note.
CBD oils – quality from Switzerland
There are big differences in quality not only with CBD flowers, but also with oils. And since oils are not only used for relaxation, but also against various pains and problems, quality products are of the utmost importance here. In order to offer you only the best, the Bonorum oils are all produced in Switzerland under controlled conditions.
The choice of carrier oil plays a further role in the quality of the end product. This is added to the CBD extract so that it is diluted and the active ingredient can be transported into the body. Various oils can be used as a carrier, but the most common are vegetable oils such as olive oil.
At Bonorum we use MCT coconut oil – a real guarantee of quality. Because this oil is known for its excellent properties. MCT stands for “medium-chain triglycerides”, which means medium-chain fatty acids. These saturated fatty acids are characterized by shorter carbon chains and are therefore easier to digest than other oils. They also help to increase brain performance, making them an ideal carrier for our CBD oils.
Last but not least, the Bonorum oils are of course tested and checked by external laboratories before they are sold. The right packaging for consistent quality
Sometimes the best product is useless if it is not stored or packaged correctly. We also pay attention to this with our CBD items. That's why the Bonorum CBD oils, for example, are only bottled in dark bottles. Environmental influences such as UV rays can cause certain substances in the oil to evaporate - and thus reduce its effectiveness. That's why we only use dark bottles for our oils that block UV rays. We also do not pack our CBD flowers beforehand, but always on site when purchasing them. After weighing, the flowers are placed in special storage containers. This way you are guaranteed to receive a fresh product.
